Chicken Cloud Reviews

We were very disappointed with our experience.

The chicken we had yesterday was clearly not fresh. It tasted bad, smelled bad, and from the photo we’re sharing, you can see it didn’t look right either. We had originally planned to dine in, but the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were hit by a strong grease trap smell that immediately put us off.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food matched our first impression. The chicken had an unpleasant odour and an off taste, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. We couldn’t finish it because we were genuinely concerned about the freshness.

We hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously by improving food quality, freshness, and cleanliness. No customer should have to experience food that smells and tastes like it has gone bad.

Excellent halal food option. I ordered Zinger burger meal, kids Chicken tenders meal and wings. It was fresh, tasty and staff was very helpful. I would recommend it for sure.

Food smellwd so good but taste was very average. Fried chicken was bland even though we asked for spicy specifically and shawarma was fillings in a tortilla wrap.

Had a kebab meal here with my partner delicious food also pizza was class. Great customer service from the gentleman in the front house. Truly recommend

Chicken Cloud on Dublin Road, always hits the spot. Their pizza is delicious, with a perfect crust and plenty of toppings. The chips are always hot and crispy, and the kebab is full of flavour with generous portions. The zinger burger is another favourite—crispy, spicy, and incredibly satisfying. Every visit, the food is consistent, tasty, and served with great customer service.
I highly recommend trying it—you’ll definitely enjoy it!
